Appointment Booking

If you wish to make an appointment with The Face Centre clinic online, you can do so by visiting our website and selecting the Book Now button. Please note that availability may vary and we cannot guarantee immediate appointments. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Payment and Refunds

The Face Centre clinic accepts payment via multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets. The pricing for services and products is mentioned on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, as mentioned in our refund policy. In general, refunds will only be given in case of defective products or services. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team via phone or email, and fill out the refund request form. The refund process may take up to 5-7 days, and the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method (except CoD) or the customer's wallet on our website.

Please note that customized items and products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are also non-refundable.
